Daniel K. Inouye International Airport – OST Ceiling Replacement
Alexander Pacific provided the design and installation of the temporary construction barricade system as a subcontractor for this project. The innovative design used the McCain Aluminum Modular Wall System for construction barricades and storefront entrance tunnels to minimize the impact to businesses within the terminal. The ceiling project replaced 43,000 SF of ceiling within the occupied terminal in over 20 phases of construction. The modular panel wall system allowed for quickly moving the barricades from one phase to the next. The entire wall system can be re-used indefinitely, preventing the waste generated by the use of plywood barricades.
