Kuratsu Residence Wastewater System and Addition
Alexander Pacific was first contracted to abandon the existing cesspool and install a new individual wastewater system at the residence. After the wastewater system was complete, API was contracted to provide for design and construction of the addition of a third bedroom, family room, lanai, and an expansion of the master bedroom. The additions increased the living space by 902 SF and added a 470 SF lanai. Due to space restrictions on the lot, the wastewater system utilized the Presby Envriofin septic technology to keep the leach field size small enough to allow for the expansion of the residence.
